Task Force Support

When is Task Force needed?  Task Force is needed any time there is an empty position which could result in lost revenue or a decrease in productivity.  These opportunities could arise due to maternity/medical leave, hotel turnover, or need for additional sales or operational support.
 
What are the benefits of using Task Force?  Task Force allows the property the luxury of taking the time to find the appropriate candidate for vacant positions.  Our seasoned professionals can quickly step in and impact the bottom line by keeping the sales and operations process moving.
 
How long do I have to commit to a placement?   There is no minimum commitment.  To generate results it is suggested that placement be three weeks or longer.  If placement is based on project work, then minimum suggested hours per week would be 16 hours or more.
